Gisha Monteblanco Exotic coffee

Gesha Monteblanco – Exotic Excellence from Huila

Sourced from the Monteblanco farm in Sinai, Huila and produced by Claudia Samboni, this natural-processed Geisha variety is cultivated at 1750 meters above sea level. The region’s elevation, microclimate, and dedication to innovation create a unique cup profile that showcases exceptional sweetness, delicate florals, and vibrant acidity.

Sinai is a small yet agriculturally rich village nestled in the southern region of Colombia. It’s part of the Palestinian municipality of Huila and lies along the gateway to the famed “Cueva de los Guácharos” National Park. Beyond coffee, the region thrives with diverse crops like sugarcane, tree tomatoes, pitahaya, and granadilla — a reflection of the fertile soil and dedication of its people.

Monteblanco is not only a symbol of agricultural heritage but also of transformation. Once affected by Colombia’s turbulent past, Sinai has turned to coffee as a means of prosperity and peace. Through passion, research, and experimentation, this region now produces some of Colombia’s most remarkable fermentation coffees — and we’re honored to bring this story to your cup.

La Sierra – Red Bomb & Tropical Summer

Special Process Coffees from Medellín’s Hidden Highlands

La Sierra is a high-altitude community nestled on the eastern edge of Medellín, rising between 1700 to 2000 meters above sea level. Though just a short distance from the city center, it feels like another world—peaceful, scenic, and refreshingly simple. Once considered a red zone plagued by violence, La Sierra has transformed into a symbol of peace, resilience, and hope.

These exceptional coffees are cultivated through Proyecto Renacer, led by passionate producers Yezid and Amalia Guzman (Red Bomb) and Gabriel Gonzales (Tropical Summer). Both coffees are crafted using special fermentation methods: Red Bomb undergoes an Extended Double Anaerobic process (120 hours cherry and 50 hours honey), while Tropical Summer is processed with Extended Lactic Anaerobic fermentation for 170 hours. These innovative techniques bring out complex, layered flavor profiles, celebrating the dedication behind each cup.

When you taste La Sierra, you’re not just experiencing outstanding coffee—you’re connecting to a deeper story of transformation and community. Each bean reflects a powerful journey from conflict to calm, offering a cup filled with bold flavors and a legacy of social revival. This is more than coffee. It’s La Sierra.

Giraldo – Premium Washed Coffee

A Story of Resilience and Artisanal Heritage

Sourced from various small farms and producers in the high-altitude region of Giraldo, Antioquia, this premium washed coffee is cultivated between 1950 to 2100 meters above sea level. The beans—varieties including Castillo, Colombia, Caturra, and Bourbon—are nurtured in the rich soils of the Aromas Giraldo farms, where generations of Indigenous tradition and craftsmanship inspire careful cultivation and quality.

Giraldo, once known as the Indigenous city of Arro, was a historic hub for artisanal trade—exchanging handcrafted goods for food, gold, and livestock. Its unique geography not only safeguarded its people but also laid the foundation for a resilient coffee culture. After colonization, coffee emerged as a key agricultural product, blending ancestral techniques with modern processing to create a distinctive and refined flavor profile.

Despite the hardships brought by political unrest and violence during the 1980s to early 2000s, the community is now rebuilding its coffee legacy. Thanks to local cooperatives, farmers are supported with shared facilities and innovative methods that enhance both quality and sustainability. Today, Giraldo stands as a powerful coffee origin, rooted in history and elevated by collective progress.
